Do you ship to my country?

During the checkout process we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

 

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

 

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

 

What is the return policy?

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Returns and Exchanges

 

When can i return an item?

Divingmagnets.com hope that you are completely satisfied with anything you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you can return the item to us within 28 days of dispatch for a complete refund (less postage). Returned items must be unused and in an as-new condition with all packaging, labels and tags attached.

 

How do i return items?

Please call or email us to inform us of the issue and to allow us to log the details on the return. Then please repackage the item as it was dispatched with it's delivery note, all packaging, labels and tags attached. We will notify you when the item is received and the refund has been made. We aim to make all refunds on the same day as the returned item is received but please allow up to 14 working days during busy periods.

 

Can i cancel an order?

If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel it then please call us or send us an email requesting that the order is cancelled. As long as the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund any payments made at no cost to you.
