Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched within 2 days provided payment is validated/received and delivery confirmed by way of shipment tracking number. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.


Delivery Policy

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.



Diving Magnets(Pty)Ltd. takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.



All international shipments are currently shipped by South African Post Office, Expedited Mail Service (EMS South Africa)

All shipments within South Africa are shipped by Aramex.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.


Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.


Order processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.


Payment Options and Pricing endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency for Visa and MasterCard payments is South African Rand (ZAR). For Paypal is United States Dollar(USD)

Returns and Exchanges

When can i return an item? hope that you are completely satisfied with anything you purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason you can return the item to us within 30 days of dispatch for a complete refund (less shipping charges). Returned items must be unused and in an as-new condition with all packaging, labels and tags attached.


How do i return items?

Please call or email us to inform us of the issue and to allow us to log the details on the return. Then please repackage the item as it was dispatched with it's delivery note, all packaging, labels and tags attached. We will notify you when the item is received and the refund has been made. We aim to make all refunds on the same day as the returned item is received but please allow up to 14 working days during busy periods.


Can i cancel an order?

If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel it then please call us or send us an email requesting that the order is cancelled. As long as the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel the order and refund any payments made at no cost to you.


Import Duties and Sales Tax

Charges imposed by the  importing country are your responsibilty.We advise you contact your Customs department if you are concerned about these possible charges.
